It sounds like other juvenile’s were arrested too, but their names can’t be released.
A group came up to Mays and he pulled out his gun. Mays was 1 of the 23 wounded. One of Miller’s strays bullets missed Mays hit and killed Lisa Lopez-Galvan. Some of the people that were shot was from the group after Mays.
Mays will probably get off on some of the charges because Missouri stand-your-ground laws especially if he didn’t shoot first. He will get charged for firing his weapon in a public place and it sounds like he only shot 4 or 5 times and hit people from the group.
Missouri’s 2nd Amendment laws are protected more than any other state.
“Missouri's stand-your-ground law is based on the old common law principle known as the “castle doctrine.” According to this doctrine, individuals are entitled to use reasonable force or deadly force depending on the circumstances, to protect themselves”
He can still be charged if excessive force was used. Last year in KC a 84 year old shot and killed a 15 year black kid through his door that rang his doorbell because he felt threatened. Depending on how this case goes could help or hurt Mays when it comes to excessive force.
It sounds like it was 4 to 6 guns against 1.
This is just things I have heard from 2 state employees and a few friends that live in the KC area. I know a guy that works in the Juvenile department in Cass County(South of KC), but he won’t say anything.

the revival this country needs is one tailored towards championing, revering and incentivizing the nuclear family, but that doesn't suit the police state's insatiable appetite for control, and marxist democrats are okay with that. they're the eternal racists, and they don't actually care about the plight of black america: the desecration of an intact, black nuclear family with strong father figures in the home every day. if they really cared, that would be the only goal, not painting a stripe on the lgbtqtrans flag and handing out money to single mothers for having children out of wedlock.
say what you will about democrat lyndon johnson, but that guy was dead nuts with his plan and implementation to destroy the black american family.
