My model is pretty lean to begin with which is good. I rely on boots on the ground so it's difficult knowing I could be putting people in harms way by sending them out on projects. My son runs all the projects in the field so it's doubly hard.
But, to survive we have to work. Bottom line. Like you said, revenue has to come in.

Is this thread not an example that people are actually facing problems and the politicians deserve to be under heat? You can’t always sit on the fence and call out the people fighting. Something needs to be done

I've had a bunch of calls from employers relating to layoff issues. Without exception, there has been a lot of angst and worry.

There has already been mention of
1) deferred payments for up to a year
2) the possibility of the loans being forgiven
But keep on with that line of thinking despite not having any information.
Or perhaps you'd rather we just go out of business if this keeps up too long?
ETA: SBA loans are not predatory loans. They aren't extremely short term and they aren't at a high rate. A rate of 3.75% is published. At least know some facts first.

Better to let them get on unemployment assistance. Brother had to do basically the same, kept one employee but was able to pay the others another week or two of pay before he couldn't float it anymore.

I sat in a room of 500+ almost two weeks ago when we were told we were all going home for a long, unplanned vacation. Very difficult not to think this has been one gigantic overreaction.
