Hot sauce threads always get at least 3 pages. I like making like a vinegar type hot sauce. One day I'm gonna make some fermented stuff... Be my first fermentation and then on to beer. I think fall is best time for hops anyways.

Old Bay has a limited time only hot sauce, and it is damn good. I've gone through 75% of a bottle in a week. I might have to buy a few bottles before they take it off the shelves.
