I like the flavor of Crystal but the heat is nonexistent.

Crystals is great.

If you can get a hold of the butt burning sauce from fuzzy Taco's it's awesome.

Used to buy a 12 pack and bring it back to town for people when they had one open in orange.

I like them all. Tabasco is best on red beans, white beans and cooked in scrambled eggs.

Crystal has the best flavor, imo. It only has mild heat, but that's not why I use it.

For a bit of a sting, I'll use Tabasco.

For a fiery death, I'll use my brother-in-law's homemade ghost-chili-pepper concoction, Bunghole Burner. That shite is wicked. Two drops in a bowl of gumbo is too much.

Tiger Sauce goes great with red beans and chicken and dumplings too. It's got a little spice with it too but I like the flavor. It's just not a great general purpose hot sauce.

I like mixing strained Tiger Sauce and an equal amount of melted butter to inject in my turkeys or chicken.

They each have their own place given the type of food you are using them on or what you're cooking. Generally, one is not better than another. Now if you were to say have a saltine and an oyster I'd say crystal is the best. Grits...I think tabasco is best. etc.
