It sounds like something was severely lost in translation.

I have Geico. They are terrible. Someone who hit me also had Geico. At the body shop and they already started taking apart the truck. Waiting on my rental. After 30 mins the Geico lady at the body shop said my rental wasn't approved anymore. She could not get in touch with anyone and neither could I in claims. Body shop had to put back on what they took off and then I called an attorney to sue my own insurance company. They are still cheapest for me though.

I was with Geico for 14 years and recently switched to AAA. Geico wouldn't credit me 12 dollars for a retroactive vehicle removal. Spoke to a manager and he wouldn't budge. I asked him to look at how many claims he had to pay in the 14 years....zero. still wouldn't budge. I told him to get fricked and cancel my policy. Called AAA and immediately got a better rate. Screw Geico.

Sounds like GEICO needs to adjust their hiring process.

An old friend of mine just quit as lawyer for these dumb fcks. He said it has turned into a mickey mouse run company.
The trial lawyer friends that I know seem to laugh at Geico these days. Seems they have taken a nose dive.

Doesn't make sense, GEICO rep determined you were at fault, now they will have to pay, something is missing here.

Geico was preparing for when All-State made their determination, geico is saying if All-State says I'm at fault then they're going to go with it without a fight. Make sense?

Why insult Walmart like that? I told Geico to get fricked a long time ago.

Right.

It's costing the OP exactly the same one way or another.

Now, if they were trying to increase his rates based on the notion that he was at fault, ok. But, it seems like he's just angry that they said he's at fault.
