Most stores here in St. Bernard are one person per family shopper. They are doing this to limit the number of people in stores so people don’t have to wait in lines outside in the rain.

Gotcha. We don't have that restriction in BR. I've gone in the store with my kid a few times.

Let her shop online do in-store pickup. Pretty simple, really. No need to increase exposure just to shop.

Obviously not in Michigan.

I have no reason to lie. This is the first time I’ve been told this. I’ve been the dollar stores for quick trips like milk and bread and I have not had a problem.

In fact we have never been in an easier society to deal with stay at home shopping needs. Like 20 years ago you’d call someone crazy if they said the options we’d have and yet here we are in this thread. Over and over again. Not a dream come true to be dealing with it but to pretend it’s some impossible task is silly.

Shop online and pick up curbside.

You don't have any other stores that sell toys/bikes in your city?
You don't have the internet?

You shouldn't have broken up your nuclear family and divorced. It's a sin. Sorry, every other weekend dad... unto every life a little rain must fall.

Those Walmart/Target bikes suck baw. Take her to the local bike shop. I think they are open. It will cost a little more but you won't have to constantly repair it.

Why wouldn't they let you in?
walmart corporate decided all employees have to wear a mask to work there
store managers are too stupid or just ignorant and took that to mean no one, even customers, are to be let in the stores without masks
the truth is its only "required" for employees, but its not like there is anything you can do if they refuse to let you in but shop elsewhere permanently from now on

No way this happened
Wouldn’t be surprised.
Wife and I went the other day, she was shopping for her parents, I was going to do our grocery bill.
One person per vehicle (they were monitoring this). Said I’d wait my turn to go in.
Nope one person per vehicle.
Asked, so if my wife would have given our neighbor a ride could they get in.
Nope one person per vehicle.
Guess it’s better for more cars on the road.

Stores in BR are full of people with kids. Only differences between now and February are 70% of people wearing masks and they are running out of TVs.

This is absolute bull shite. We don’t even have that many cases where I’m at and I have a mask for her. What are people supposed to do when you don’t have anyone to watch your kids on command? I’m tired of this shite man.
The easy solution is to send Walmart an email about the situation, and never go back. These people care about dollar signs and that's it, and I cannot imagine Walmart is eager to completely punt on the single parent market.

Tried this a week or so ago, I had to wait 4 days for a slot and then they cancelled my order an hour before. frick Walmart, and I'm done giving them any of my business.

We did the grocery pickup the other day. Had to schedule it 3 days in advance and when I got there I was the only vehicle there. The guy told me about half of their orders aren't even showing up. They were out of about 15 items we ordered. Ended up having to go to another store anyway.

Walmart is sold out of bicycles, you were wasting your time.
