Just got a ticket for expired inspection sticker.

Expired 12/22. I told the cop that I thought we had a 30 day grace period. He just said no and handed me my ticket. Fine is $252.

Hell yeah. I haven't had one for about that long. Old one expired 12/19.

Get inspection sticker before court date. Show up at court with proof of sticker.

I think the only legal grace period is between the ticket and your court date.
*Not a lawyer, not a cop. Just what the cop told me last time I got a ticket for it.
And it looks like there legally is a 1 month grace period. Call the DA's office.

Mine is 2+ years expired. Can't get one with my tint (not blacked out, just a little below legal) so I just don't
