my aunt has a large brain tumor and has for at least a decade now. you're probably going to laugh, but she uses "energy healing" to keep it at bay. she does a technique called "reconnection." i can't say it works, but i can't say it doesn't work either. if you want, here's the originator talking about it...

I haven’t read through this thread, but my only advice is to get the frick out of Louisiana if you want real serious medical treatment. Go to Houston or any major city.

Depends on the illness, and the procedure needed, it may shock you to know there are a couple of life saving procedures that are only done by three physicians in the world, one is in New Orleans, and the other two are not in Texas.

It doesn’t have to be Houston, although personally I’d go to MD Andersen. For the diagnosis and treatment plan at least. Doesn’t matter who administers the medicine but I have had enough bad experiences with Nola doctors. MDA saved my moms life while Ochsner was pissing around with simple scheduling and letting her die of cancer.
