There are a lot of them in larger cities that are open 24hr, while not the same the one at OLOL is a 24hr one.
ETA there is a 24 hour Subway just north of Illinois which is about a block or so from where the security footage that was released is from.

It's one of the few parts of the story that passes the sniff test.
There are 24 hour Subways all over the place in Chicago.

Total bullshite claim. Remember, the police have already stated that Jussie was filmed at the entrance of his condo with the rope clearly visible around his neck. If that's true they would have also seen this alleged dude hanging around in the same area beforehand.

I was half-listening to another news report about this last night. I think they said he was first interviewed and told about the alleged arse whooping. They said he only remembered the MAGA and racist stuff in the second interview.
It seems to me that would be the main thing he remembered.
Also, they are saying that investigators are spending hundreds of hours scanning the plethora of video cameras in the area. If e is found to be lying, who pays for that?
