You are asking the wrong question. The question isn't why would anyone want to relive the trauma because almost nobody would unless it was part of their healing process to reach closure. The question is why would someone relive the trauma? People choose to relive trauma in both civil and criminal courtrooms all the time usually in pursuit of some sort of justice, punishment, or closure including a mix of the above.

My curiosity got the best of me and I tried to see if these photos were somewhere on the internet. It doesn't look like they are, but I did stumble down the autopsy rabbit hole.
I had no idea that his daughter lost both her legs and he lost a leg and arm, both feet were severed, and his dick was degloved. The only silver lining is that they all died before they knew what happened.
I have seen quite a few of the cartel videos (funkytown, etc) and that autopsy was more brutal.
Those first responders must have been some pretty sick fricks to be photographing that shite.
