If you’re referring to the big ones, tie a thread on one leg and hold the other end while it flies in circles.

When I was a kid, if we left the pool light on all night, my dad would get pissed. The pool would be full of them the next morning....

I put a light on a wheel barrow at night on purpose. The chickens love them things.

Those frickers swarm to my carport lights, then, when I open the house, they try to get inside. Thankfully the wife’s cat nabs them once they’re inside. Weird thing is that when I open an adjacent door to an outside room, they don’t come anywhere near it.

Our pest control causes them to all die around the perimeter of the house. Dead carcasses everywhere.

Yep, lots and early this year. I wonder if this will translate to love bugs later (please God no).

Mild winters are the reason many bugs show up in droves in spring. I've noticed it many times over the years since I grow a large vegetable garden and anytime we have a mild winter, bugs come out with a vengeance earlier and in larger numbers.

Spray your lawn for the grubs at the appropriate time. If you have roses, go out well after dark with a light and see what's going on with your leaves.
