Normally I would say yes, but there is a good chance it doesn’t happen this time.

You honestly could copy and paste from the link I posted and answer my question.

But then again you’d have to know what to look for, and I just don’t think you do

You could just answer the question that your copy and paste hasn't answered, but then you wouldn't get to be the condescending dick for no reason . I'm not claiming to be some expert on anything. I simply asked a question, one that you still have not answered.

Nah man. I’ve already done the homework. You don’t learn by getting spoon fed. Kyle Duncan wrote a fantastic opinion. The stuff you care about starts at page 10. Go learn to fish

I’ve been telling y’all to wear a mask , social distance and keep your hands clean. If you don’t do that we’re gonna end up like South Korea where they put monitoring devices on your phone make you fill out a form every day and if you get covid, they will mandate a quarantine in a room in some remote site

Except that they don’t. The majority of people understand and support the order. Don’t let the fact that this site is 90% mouth breathers fool you.

FYI , Janice Clark is 73 years old. Mandatory judiciary retirement in Louisiana is 70.

This isn't accurate. She can be on the bench to complete her term. She just can't be re-elected after 70.

Outside of me, I can’t think of any small government conservatives on this website, and I freely admit he is granted this power (and the legislature had the power to chip it down... although that is a sledgehammer power).

For a bunch of small government conservatives, you sure are looking like big government democrats asking the judiciary to save you when you should be beating down the door of your state rep telling him to do his fricking job.

Ah yes, the free, online, legal advice on how to bitch that we never asked for. Still, it wont stop me from bitching about the forced establishment closures.

I'm so glad you could grace us with your mind.

Sad. No matter how these people interpret the rules, this is not freedom and I think the founding fathers would agree.

This coming from the same camp who applauded Trump's national police force is grand.

FTR my opinion is the founding fathers would have left it up to the states to decide. I'm this case it's a state issue and until it goes to the federal level they wouldn't have cared.
