Hayride:

. Janice Clark is a partisan Democrat who couldn’t give a damn about statute, much less the Constitution, and those bar owners never had a chance.

Why did so many churches/private schools each get $350,000-1 million PPP when they don’t pay taxes? Sounds like a win to me.

Face it, Dear Leader JBE has stated he WILL choose which businesses will die off and destroy citizens’ livelihoods all the while his own party holds a massive funeral with tons of people in a different state with zero social distancing and then those leaders are not beholden to the same quarantine orders.

We live in a dictatorship.

Had to be her, eh? Probably a handshake deal with JBE for him to find a way for her to stay on the bench.

Louisiana will be so much better off when she's retired.

Her and Trudy, be gone, both of you.

They don't pay payroll taxes on all those salaries? News to me.

I think there are two other lawsuits that have yet to be heard. One in Acadiana I believe.

He is following the Trump Administration stage reopening plan. So I would assume that the anger should be directed at the Trump Administration for setting the rules which are being followed.

Probably not, considering she withdrew her qualification for the next judicial election several days ago.

Law is clear. Governor has these powers.

Elections have consequences.

I'd like to see the written reasons (if any) or the transcript of her ruling. But it was a foregone conclusion the action was DOA once it was assigned to Judge Clark.

The first circuit court of appeal is more "conservative" should the plaintiff's choose to appeal
