I think that what changed is that JBE is prevented from escalating any actions until the court rules on the original action.

As in “JBE can’t send in stormtroopers to arrest everybody from following an order still being fought in court.”

Calm down people. This is just a LP judge issuing a restraining order so that he state can’t take any more actions against them until the hearing. Make no mistake about it, the restaurant will 100% lose their hearing next week.

i don’t know... as a business owner I can go both ways. Where I operate, if you don’t enforce masks the liability is insane plus most of our customers expect it. The other side says there a big niche for someone to go completely against the grain and not enforce shite, taking in the liability and litigation risk, but getting media exposure and gaining dgaf customers.
