It is possible that the dad still owns it.
I was going to ask a friend who lives on Tolmas but he isn't on the lake side of W. Esplanade and neither am I.

I grew up around the corner from this guy. He was always getting into shite since he was 10 years old so this is no surprise.
It is 100% his parents home that he grew up in.
ETA: he would always hang out in the back house. Which if we didn’t live in a swamp would be like a basement. So it’s fair to say he still lives in his parents basement.
