My guess is they went over there to discuss a property dispute and in the heat of the moment, the gf let slip that she's been banging Mr. Dardar. So ole baw kills his gf and then kills the other lady for being a witness.
Then he waits for Dardar to come home but Dardar is a seasoned Jody and he was packing heat.

My guess is you're right. Couple of dames having a bitter property dispute over raw meat. A dish of a man known to the now deceased as

So the husband is having an affair? Guy who is dating the affair chick brings her to confront the guy at his house but the wife is there. He kills his girlfriend and then the wife then dies in a shootout with the cheating husband?
Why would the Sheriff release the property dispute story? Just say it was a domestic violence situation.

Sounds like one couple asked the other if they wanted to Sling (tv) together. But one heard a different word. Got ugly from that point on.

The only thing I can figure out from reading that story is that Joesph Dardar is a man you do not want to mess with. Imagine arriving to that scene and still being able to think and act fast enough to take out Pike.
