They just recently auctioned off land and a house that he had bought for his mother not to far from where I live. Not sure where she moved to.

Sounds to me he could sell/auction about 50% of his shite and be sitting pretty.

The article says he made that much.

You are assuming he had an invested lump sum. Reality is he spent as fast as he earned it

Presumably a large chunk of that went to taxes

Does he live in CA? I believe their state income tax is 13%

He’ll probably have to trade down from that Learjet to a Hawker 400. And no more biggie sizing it at Wendy’s.

Pretty soon he won't even need to get into costume to look like Jack Sparrow.

Sounds like every Hollywood elite that needs a Political buyout. I bet he starts going after Trump to buddy up to the Globalists, for a bailout...

And this is why no matter how high and mighty rich celebrities think they are, you can't trust their judgment and opinions for shite.

Sounds like the article is trying to paint a picture that he's a loose cannon and the lawsuit is desperation.

Maybe he's a loose cannon, but I bet he's also smart enough to know that being flippant with a reporter won't matter in any court proceedings if he has proof, so why not? Dude is a performer, and a great one.

He also likely has enough assets to be fine regardless. Probably just a stunt out of boredom with enough merit to be interesting.

I truly appreciate this guy after seeing this!

"It's insulting to say that I spent $30,000 on wine," says Depp. "Because it was far more."
