What took them so long?

Get right with God boy or you’ll be running into Mr. Battaglia in the future

I'd rather let 100 guilty murderers live than execute 1 innocent person

That's her. The first post you see when you click on it is about her sisters.
I DEFINITELY have met her before. She looks way too familiar.

She was a waitress at Chimes for a few years, very unique looking girl...and a damn fine rack I will say. The fact she could openly discuss it and not lose composure speaks of strength of character. I can't imagine the horror honestly.

I'm 99.9999% FOR the death penalty, but this is the one thing that would give me anxiety if I was a judge.
Along these same lines, I was reading up on the Timothy McVeigh stuff and saw that he was only incarcerated for a few years before he was executed.

last time i saw, she had posted a pic collage of what appeared to be her and the father from when they were young
i know the mom just tagged her in an emotional post saying its over, etc etc
CB seems like a cool, good looking, nice girl battling some type of muscle disease (dont quote me though).. maybe CF. Glad they can get some peace

that is fine in certain cases and each case should be looked at specifically.
This is NOT that one case. This turd was on the phone. Everyone knows he did it. He should have been dead years ago.

Because he waived all his appeals.
I definitely think in situations like Battaglia, where there is no doubt from day 1 that he did it, it should be done quickly.

Texas does executions right.
Sounds like they took care of 3 pieces of human waste in the last 2 weeks.
Texas is on a roll!

Wow. Dude even went out without expressing remorse. He truly was hardcore evil.
He probably wanted to cling to his claim that he's "mentally unfit" to be executed.
I'm a big proponent of mental health awareness and assistance and I certainly, in my heart, believe that nobody "in their right mind" would murder their innocent young children in cold blood.
Having said that...
regardless of the reason -- if you murder your children, society is better off without you in it.

They should've soaked him in gas and then burned that piece of shite.

Is there a Pay Per View for this? I'd pay the $49.99 to watch.
Edit: Just seeing this happened last night. Is there a YouTube video showing the highlights?
