Mandatory appeals among other things (ie. the constitution). While I won't have an issue with this POS dying tonight, there's been more than one case where reasonable doubt existed yet the penalty was enforced.

The majority off this board thinks every government entity is either corrupt or retarded yet are more than willing to let them dole out a death sentence. Let alone the added co$t.

Open and shut cases, I'm fine with it.

I don't know how you handle it, but when they caught Derrick Todd Lee, he should have been hung on site.
There are obvious situations where immediate execution should happen, but i know you can't write that out.

The brazen bull should be used for cases such as this... just to give him a little taste of what it’ll be like for him in the afterlife.

I looked at his photo. He looks ready to go to me. I wish him the very best of luck in his next adventure.
