I can't even begin to imagine how the mother has dealt with this. That memory never leaves, I'm sure. It pains me to think about it. Going through it has to be beyond any pain we know.

About 17 years too late. Cases like this should be open and shut. Just kill the bastard a week after you catch him. I could care less if he's retarded. No sane person would do that anyway, which is why he should no longer live on this earth.

According to the wiki page on him, mental health experts have testified that they think he is likely faking mental illness to stay his execution. He's probably lying about being "a little bit in the blank."
