If by theoretically you mean every shred of actual evidence, weapon, motive, means and opportunity.

This case has been poured over by the best investigators on earth and there has been no hard evidence at all that proved a second shooter or an actual conspiracy. Every single theory is based on somebody's ever changing recollection, general distrust of authority or someone weaving a web that makes them money.
