While I don't dispute the accusations against Weinstein, it's pretty clear that he was sacrificed to protect a much larger problem. The casting couch has been a big part of Hollywood culture for a century for one reason: people like Harvey control the access to fame, and many women want it over everything else. If Jane Doe won't give up pussy to get that fame, then June Roe will. There is never a shortage of woman willing to make that trade; it's a target-rich environment.

The fact that Ghislane Maxwell was convicted is proof the central accusation of "Pizzagate" was true: There is a market for trafficking underage girls (at least) to very powerful people. The fact that the list of her "clients" hasn't been released (or prosecuted) is just more proof.
