Met him twice. My daughter played JPRD softball the last couple of years. He was the head honcho over there and each year he would have a meeting with the parents after teams were selected. Topics were generally about no parents being allowed in player rooms when they travelled and the dangers of taking pictures of the teams and posting them to social media as you never knew who was looking at them online.
Creepy.
All I know is the one year I coached with the JPRD team I had to undergo all kinds of background checks. Surprising with the issues he reportedly had at previous jobs that he flew under the radar. That being said I didn't get a sense in the couple occasions meeting with him that he was a creeper. Guess you never know.

The former head of the parish bought a teenager underwear and didn't resign and still had sway in the parish. So this doesn't surprise me.

Kenner just had a very large cyber division for such a small city. So they constantly do online stings. A friend of mine works for them. They are constantly looking online. They get mentioned a lot because they are the areas cP detectives.

Kenner Pd is involved because they do online stings and have a department for it. They do work for jp and No. They have got people in other states.

Alan Joseph definitely was on JPRD all star coaching staffs around 93-98. I think he was a Girard guy, but I could be wrong. Maybe Cleary.

I go down rabbit holes with this stuff. I'll occasionally watch predator poachers, and I like reels on prisoners talking about what they do to pedos. I can surprisingly say, I don't know a single person in my life that's ever been arrested for this kind of stuff. None from when I was younger, and none as an adult. It's surprises me b/c it seems so common.
