Jefferson Parish Recreation Athletic Director accused in child sex abuse case

RIVER RIDGE, La. —
The Jefferson Parish Recreation Athletic Director was arrested this week and accused in a child sexual abuse material investigation.
According to the Kenner Police Department, Timothy Patrick Collins, 67, of River Ridge, is accused of being involved in inappropriate communications with minors and being in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Tim has been around a long time mentoring and being around kids. Very very few men dedicate a lifetime to mentoring children under this guidance for the right reasons. He belongs under the jail or given the death penalty

Known this guy for 30 plus years. Been his neighbor for the last 20 years, never would have thought this was possible. If true, throw him under the jail.
They had undercover cars parked on the street waiting for him to get home. About 12 officers swarmed the house shortly after he arrived. Left the house with two boxes of evidence.

I think any sexual contact with minors is abuse. The same thing with an older consensual adult is not. At least that’s my guess.
