Thank you JBE. You just lost a lot of votes.

He didn’t lose any votes. No one in St George was voting for him anyway. He just solidified his NBR base.

Dude his anti abortion stance just won over more Republicans in the state than there are voters in St George

Dude he pissed off a lot of liberals when he signed the heartbeat bill. Don’t be surprised if quite a few of them stay home on Election Day. Less than half of Democrats in this state are not all enthusiastic about voting for him again.

Also, A few things about JBE's alleged pro life stance...

JBE may or may not be genuine when it comes to abortion but he hasn't done anything truly impressive at all when it comes to advancing pro-life policy.

For example, the Louisiana Department of Health is run by Dr. Rebekah Gee, whose history is pretty clearly on the pro-abortion side of the equation and JBE appointed her.

Another example, The Louisiana department of Health isn’t spending a dime defending the admitting-privileges bill the legislature recently passed or the other abortion cases the state is busy fighting, with legal fees mounting over a million dollars. That bill is being footed by the Attorney General’s office, whose budget Edwards doesn’t control. Edwards, has, however, repeatedly gutted that agency’s funding in his executive budgets since taking office.

Which is pretty strange, especially when Edwards makes statements like he did in June of last year saying that the case is “worth fighting.” Really? Then why does one of the least well-funded agencies in Louisiana’s entire government have to cover the cost?

It starts to become a little suspicious. Especially when “pro-life” John Bel Edwards never said anything about Northam’s cruel infanticide comments and still continues to fundraise with Northam and he will still take money from national organizations who are not pro-life. And now he's taking money from hollywood liberals who are firmly pro abortionist.

Wait I thought a subcommittee of trial lawyers killed that bill. I'm so clueless.

I support free abortions and lower taxes. Who do I vote for?

We have two candidates. Check out their websites.

Eddie Rispone. Notable baton rouge area businessman and has never ran for office before. LINK

Ralph Abraham. Congressman from North Louisiana and very conservative guy to boot. LINK

We’re voting for a Governor, not a Sunday school preacher.

Vitter did absolutely nothing to hurt me or my political and financial interests at all. If anything, his platform agreed with me more than any candidate out there.

I’d rather vote for the guy that likes to frick hookers than the guy who likes to frick Louisiana.

Only an absolute moron would vote against Vitter just because he likes some strange and has the personality of a rock.

Mark it down, if he loses this is why.

St. George is a Local issue that only BR, Livingston, and Ascension parishes care about.

And the state papers and media paint it in a negative light. This will not be the reason he loses if he (hopefully) does

Abraham seems like a good, genuine guy. I'll probably vote for him.

I agree with you 100% on Vitter. These elections are won and lost manipulation of the morons. Vitter’s hooker fricking arse was a problem with the religious types. Just run not that and JBE can take his water boy looking arse back to mommas house.

Put the blame for this where it belongs, on the legislature.

How do you know this? Was it there when you downloaded your info? I see that they have that option but never took the time to do it.

I told someone to kill themselves over an argument about Thanksgiving in a FB comment section. They erases everything the next day, a lot quicker.

I got drunk a few times and made some comments that probably weren't good considering I was friends with people that I work with. Decided that was probably a bad idea. I called my cousin "a shite stain on society" one night too.

Slim. In the end SG will come out on top. If SWB thinks SG will be more agreeable in negotiations now, she’s in for a rude awakening. All bets are off now.
