What’s wrong with this? Honestly?

”The COVID vaccine would then work just like other vaccines that are currently mandatory. There are a number of them that are on a schedule that the [Louisiana] Department of Health requires whether it’s K-12, higher education and so forth, subject to whatever opt-out provisions are in current law

“It would be my expectation that once full authorization or licensure is granted that the vaccines will be added to the list and work just like the current measles, mumps, rubella,” he said.

It is my understanding that it will not because vaccines in general are exempt from liability.

I could be wrong but that is my understanding....imagine giving big pharma immunity from COVID vaccine adverse effects but not giving immunity to businesses from lawsuits if people contract it in your business.

That right there should show people what side your government is on....hint it's not yours.

So what? The dumbass electorate of this state can elect JBE 2.0?

JBE isn’t the problem; he’s merely a symptom of it.

because this isn’t a job or an institution that an individual could simply not participate or involve themselves with.

I think vaccines should be encouraged . But that’s where his authority ends.

Vaccines should not be mandated by the state for the general public.

If it is forced upon people IMO they should be able to sue the government entity that mandated it

Have you checked out the current survival rate for mumps which they are required to take?

The current survival rate of mumps is 99.994%

It's still obviously a politically rushed process. It violates informed consent, it opens the door to be controlled by the govt/pharma industrial complex based on your medical status.

There's lots of reasons.

Forced mandates. So who is responsible for adverse reactions? It won’t be the drug company. I think it should be on whoever is forcing the jab.

I don’t think the reasoning matters. If a person does not wish to receive the vaccine then that is there God Given right. I don’t feel that anyone should have to supply any reasoning at all.

Feel the same about hepatitis, measles, polio vaccines?

I am vaccinated and think everyone should get the jab but that is a choice, frick mandating it!

I used to agree with this but until % vaccinated reaches levels of other commonly administered vaccines I am not sure what to think.

I am tired of living under constant threat of government lock down state and mask mandate, all entirely preventable by just opting to take a widely available vaccine.

Have you always been on this crusade? Or were you part of the OT and PT that made fun of the granola moms in California that caused the mumps outbreaks?

you’re ignoring a lot of other factors of the situation by boiling it down to simply survival rate. you know that.
