Nobody can answer that. Not even Fauci or Birx. They simply know they have to phase it because if they didnt it would make their initial mistakes on this virus more evident

I think we will get some relief but it won't be as much as many of you want.
Re-open gyms and nail salons, barber shops, beauty salons, etc, with 50% capacity
Re-open malls possibly with limited hours / days, as well as all other non-essential retail, still with 6 foot spacing and capacity limits
Movie theaters, casinos, bars, video poker, racetracks, etc remain closed to the public
Restaurants in-location dining allowed with 50% capacity.
All employees that come within 6 feet of a customer must wear a mask.
Still no gatherings of more than 10 people.
Still no travel ball.

My guess is doctors and dentist can get back to work. Hair cutting places and retail open back up with strong language about social distancing policies.
He will probably push bars and restaurants out a ways, which pisses me off.

I predict lectures and threats. I am really sick of being talked down to and threatened by elected officials that work for me. The power we have allowed them to wield thus far makes them think they are truly in charge.
