He's definitely not the person that should be at the podium during this, but don't shite on his credentials. OMFS is a pretty grueling path. Dental school, then the last 2.5 years of medical school, then a residency.

There were days in May that were lower on the LDH daily % than what was posted in the daily thread.
I'm still a little suspect but there are some days out there where it happened.

He is giving out all of these tests in the prisons. That should be the last place we test. They already locked up. He is on a power high and getting off more and more daily.

That region is Jefferson, Orleans, St Bernard, Plaquemines. Maybe another parish too, don't remember off the top of my head.

LDH region 1 is New Orleans
on July 24... Region 1 was at 9.7% positivity
