I have had many old schoolers tell me to just go mow grass and do odd jobs to pay my bills. World doesn't work like that anymore. Especially when just my health insurance is $600 a month.

Check into sharing ministries. They run about $100-$200 a month.

If you're a practicing Christian and not a tobacco user you're eligible. Liberty Healthshare requires only that you be tobacco-free.

Dude .. when you flush a toilet do you know that that nastiness "flies" everywhere??? That's why I have a toilet in it's own room in our bathroom ... I can put down the lid, flush and then close the door -- do you want that shite on your toothbrush?? Imagine it on a mask. DISGUSTING.

I’m willing to bet you follow the Republican Party lines everywhere the party tells you to go though don’t you? Which one of us is the sheep here.

Never said anything about politics. Just said you are being naive thinking a mandatory mask mandate will lead to this ending sooner. Evidence has shown that government is not interested in ending this and opening the economy. If they were then we would accept the common sense that the virus is mostly a harmless cold for healthy people and only a large threat to the elderly and high risk types. So let them choose to lock themselves down and not all of us.

Republican Party lines = Democrat party lines

So no I don't.

FWIW I think most people are willing to have common sense about the masks, even those that are crying about it on here. I was deadset against them a couple weeks ago and said as much on here. If it’s wear the mask or go back into shut down again I’d rather suck it up for a couple months and wear the damn thing and still live as normal of a life as possible.

The problem with this mindset is that there is no evidence masks are doing a damn thing to slow this thing. So when the mask mandate doesn’t work, then what?
We’re forced back into our homes, businesses are crushed, people are laid off and guess what? The cycle will just repeat itself when we start opening up again. This is all a colossal waste of time and money.

Protect the vulnerable and move on with our lives like we’ve done with every virus.

29 and under make up much large than 35% of Louisiana population.

I definitely don't believe they are magical like some would have you believe. The 6' rule is far more important.

Logically any barrier is going to help some.

Yes
To be completely sanitary you will need a ziploc bag to store mask in & hand sanitizer to use before touching it

I’m not in the medical field but it seems like a cloth mask would hold droplets longer than anything that would hit your face
Idk but I’m not wearing a mask in a public bathroom
Seems really gross

Liberty Healthshare would work in that case.

Others are open only to active members of a faith community, and has a no shacking rule, but Liberty doesn't have lifestyle requirements beyond tobacco. Hopefully that works out for you.

I agree. I don’t think this is necessarily going to lead to government letting go of control anytime sooner. I think they were going to make a decision based off of the increase in cases regardless though because that’s how government works. If it’s wear a mask or go back into lockdown I’d rather the damn mask. In all honestly at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if we go back into lockdown anyway just because they’re fricking power happy and retarded right now but at least this delays it.

My arguments aren’t because I think this is actually helping anything. I’m just choosing to suck it up and do something that isn’t that big of a deal outside of a minor inconvenience and pick the lesser of two evils. I hate the damn masks. I really do.

99.74% survival rate. It's all hysteria, and it's setting a terrible precedent.

It's not a second spike.

What would the benefit be of wearing a mask if you're just standing outside by yourself?

34 and younger is about 46 percent, so I would think 29 and under are probably close to 40 percent. So if 35 percent of the rona positive are 29 and younger, it's not that far off.

Pedro you can't just keep sucking it up. It's masks today and next year it's something much more serious along the lines of a constitutional right. Do not bow down in fear of being gaslighted. Slippery slope and lots of Americans gladly bowing down.
