This will continue to crush restaurants. Forcing restaurants to operate 1/2 capacity, most smaller places won’t be able to cover overhead.

I had this conversation with 2 restaurant owners and they said it would ABSOLUTELY be better than nothing. They can hire a portion of their folks back and limit their food distributor orders. This would allow alcohol sales and they said that alone would be worth it because not many people are doing "to go drinks".

And, it will help shift the way people feel about going out right now. Help move people back to normalcy and a routine.

I mean I’m sure you will shite on me but it’s clear I meant until this summer

I mean my math is right there. 6 more weeks(May 15) likely extension

Eh. You and Roger were arguing that entire thread that this was going to keep getting extended, so no, it wasn't very clear at all

And it is going to keep getting extended.....

But in no way do I think it’s getting extended until october(after summer)

That’s ridiculous

ETA:extended until mid May is the only confirmation I have for us coming back. As I said, everything after that is “likely”. I have done my best on what’s my opinion, and what I have actually heard.

we will have less than 100 new cases, single digit deaths, and continually dwindling hospitalizations in 2 weeks

He won't have much leverage to keep extending it, especially after all of our neighboring states reopen

I personally agree with you on almost everything as it relates to this

I’m just telling you the leadership calls are brutal. When trump had his Easter speech, I was so happy. The leadership cal the next day shite all over that

And then the May 1st possibility, same thing......

Well, I only had access to him and Cuomo but I didn't "hear of" others screaming for 14k ventilator ... or 40K in Cuomo's case.

What do you related to these calls? I haven’t followed enough to know about this insider information.
