There is no telling where the IEDs may be planted. It’s likely it was just the French Quarter but that’s why they can’t play the Sugar Bowl tonight.

To my knowledge, this is correct. It's easier to find a home grown guy that's easy to manipulate, and one who is maybe down on his luck, looking for comradery, etc. They do a great job at getting people to feel like they're part of something bigger.
