Just walked around the area as I stayed about 2-3 blocks from this.. noticed last night and still this morning that the barricades were down. Not really sure what the point of those things are if they aren’t used..

Update: Within 100 feet of my stoop was a cooler. The officer I spoke with opened it to find pipes wrapped in tape, an electronic router of some sort blinking, and lots of nails. It was exploded by techs. Officer said this was a “coordinated effort and not lone wolf

Thank god there’s construction on Bourbon right now. I was just down there a few nights ago and those are in the road every 50 yards. If he had t hit that this would’ve been so much worse.

Asking my source if i can. 40-50s tan skinned male with beard. Either Arabic or light skinned black. Beard has significant amount of gray which is what I'm guessing age on.
