It's a long drive but if you decide to get implants/dentures then UTHSC dental college in Memphis, TN should be something to consider in the SE region.

How did you find out you had cancer?

Awesome news. I asked about you recently in another thread; you weren’t forgotten!

God bless.

I do not (I’m in GA), but I remember your Storm avi from when I first joined this site. My wrist is jacked up, but I hope you start bowling again in the fall.

Good luck with everything, glad you’re on the mend.

Ah okay, yeah I was in good with Storm back in the day but had to give up bowling while Ive been back driving cross country for the last few years. Probably going to go back out for another year then come back home for a local job or move to where my current company's hq is at to take a desk job - one of the first orders of business will be to get in a bowling league ASAP. I friggin miss it so much.

Sometimes I wish we could tag users so they'll get a notification of it. I appreciate that though!

Thanks for sharing this I'm sure you can understand when I say I find a lot of encouragement from people who have been through the shite and have gotten better

I'm sure there were very dark days I'll admit I still break down into tears at times I'm sure you get that

but if you beat it you beat it that's the goal
Congrats man

I am 3 yrs ....and counting...from completing 39 weeks of radiation for prostate cancer & my PSA # has continued to be in the normal range. Two things I have learned is 1) cancer is a very individualistic disease, i.e. everyone is affected differently, by the disease itself & by the treatment 2) staying positive is very effective in dealing with all the mental difficulties like you have experienced. That is hard, so having your family / friends reinforce the positive is a big help. Too, trust your physicians & therapists. They are experts & know what they are doing & have nothing but your best interests at heart. Best of luck !

Congrats from a fellow cancer survivor. You don’t beat cancer, you survive it. It’s definitely not a time to question your faith, but more a time to count on it. Give yourself the proper time to recover and to get back into things. I was exhausted after working just half a day. Keep the faith bro!
