It’s time to get medieval with criminals.

There is no such thing as ‘rehabilitation.’ Our prison system doesn’t offer that nor encourage it. It is taking violent criminals and transferring them to another violent environment where they continue to thrive. Drugs, prison sex, gangs, etc. it’s just a different form of society they quickly and HAPPILY adapt too.
This scum that kidnapped and killed that mother of two while she was jogging……
Does anybody on this board, conservative, liberal, moderate, whatever, do you think guy is bothered AT ALL about going back to prison or the death penalty? He actually probably prefers it.
That’s why we need to go back to the Dark Ages when dealing with this vermin.
We need to go ‘Braveheart.’ I guarantee you this will massively reduce violent crime! Will it eliminate it? No, never. But I assure you the decrease in violent crime would decrease dramatically.
Get your minds right. As long as the woke Democrats are gaining ground and they slowly continue you to do so, it will only get worse. This is because the lowlifes of society continue to vote them in.
What other possible solution is there?

China has been playing the long game with us and has successfully compromised our education system, our justice system, our government, and our culture.
It is a brilliant strategy for how to take down a superior power, as long as you are willing to wait a few decades.

Prisons need to be set up where the violent criminals have little to no interaction with each other or anyone else. Solo exercise time. No interaction in the cafeteria.
They should also have the most basic of comforts. Running water, toilets, air conditioning.
Very spartan.
No television or radio.
They can have books.
That’s it.

You “positive idea” is to go back to a time that the historical record describes as having a staggering amount of violent crime, such that people weren’t safe to travel over distances or at night. Do you have any indication as to why it would work better now than it did then?

I wouldn't be against it if it was primarily used against murderers, rapists and other violent criminals.
I've also been watching youtube doc's on those huge tent cities full of just drug addicts. I always thought to myself what would happen if we just firebombed them and just took out all the addicts inside of them. I'm convinced society would lose nothing and it would probably be a net gain.
I know the argument about how "well if they take those people out who are they going to take out next" but I'm think we are past that point in society.

More like scaling back the definition of "cruel and unusual" to what existed in decades past to allow for forced manual labor to wear them out every day.
Bring back chain gangs cleaning roads and digging ditches for all the able-bodied (which is the majority of them), but also pay them something for their work so that when they get out they (ideally) have at least some money to attempt getting back on their feet.
Optimally, give them a choice between work and life-skill classes (reading, writing, how to perform in an interview, how to be personally responsible, fiscal responsibility, etc), but make sure they understand that failing the classes means spending time on the chain gang.

Exactly. Prison is viewed as a badge of honor in black culture. Prison is too comfortable because we have so many people itching to go back.
Prison needs to be 80 hour weeks of hard, backbreaking labor until you die or are released.

I've never understood how wardens,etc allow culture of gangs, drugs, and so on fester in prisons.
Prisoners should spend about 23 hours a day in their cells and the remaining time for meals.
And if they start getting out of line, 24 hours a day their cell, food delivered.
Give them some old library books and let them pass the time.
