If "Strokin" is played later in the reception when the dancers are liquored-up, one will see some sights for sure....

I thought we were talking about the Freeze one time song this entire thread.
I have never heard of this other song, from nola.

Don't forget David Allen Coe's perfect country and western song.

I specifically forbade any line dancing music to be played at our wedding.

the freeze is a chance for all of the ugly girls to dance because they will not get asked otherwise.

Cupid Shuffle. Stand in front of everyone facing them. Do as the song says, and watch hilarity ensue as everyone starts trying to follow you and starts slamming into each other

What is the Freeze? I'm from Metry and I've never heard of it or heard it played at a wedding.

About as cool as a money dance or a cash bar at a wedding..

Excuse me, but is there a problem?

Money dance and cash bars are the epitome of trashy.

Yeah, still never heard of either. Could be because I'm from the Nola area. Are those songs more popular in BR/Laffy/Down the Bayou?

Mathilda is played at every Bordelonville wedding!
