I used to have a black neighbor. He told me he’d get nervous when a house went up for sale Bc he didn’t want more black people to move in.

Maybe it’s time you move across that Amite Riva. North Watson is a good place. I mean there are a few pockets of trailer trash but if you leave them to making meth they won’t bother a soul. No culcha problem here.

Yes some of them are. Antietam, Gettysburg, Port Hudson etc. There's a
Confederate Ave too. Surprised they haven't renamed these yet.

When I waited tables, other black servers were not in any denial about the the terrible tipping of black patrons, and didn’t hide their feelings. They’d get openly pissed at a hostess who sat them multiple black tables. When it comes to making money, PC goes out the window.

Sometimes people simply move and sell, or die and the house gets sold. Or a shitty person puts it up for rent and eventually accepts Section 8. That’s how trash gets a foothold. Then it happens a few more times, and the neighborhood rot begins. What can the residents possibly do about it?

I had a black male co-worker bitch during one of our breaks one time that the company was hiring too many black women, because, in his words, "they're all useless diversity hires." I wasn't sure how to respond to that.

My parents lived on Stones River in Shenadoah from 1991-2000. Had great neighbors who had good jobs. My parents lived next door to then tv weatherman Bruce Katz (WBRZ) . I hung out with Bruce. Cool neighborhood at the time. But my parents wanted to downsize and use retirement money so they moved into a home in Gonzales. Bruce Katz moved from his home on Chancellorsville . Two other couples moved out. I always felt safe in the neighborhood but that was 20 years ago.

When I worked at a fruit stand, my black boss was from Africa, and he made zero effort to hide he hated American blacks with a passion.
