Broadmoor and Sherwood have actually turned the corner and gone through the phase of coming back around and becoming decent again.
A far cry from what that neighborhood looked like growing up.

This isn't true for Sherwood, the flood if anything increased the downward trend and probably will never comeback to what it was.

A bit much...There is way more good than bad. The neighborhood is 50+ years old. Go drive down seven oaks in Old Goodwood and look for the two or three shite holes still hanging on. Same with Southdowns on Lee and Perkins.
It won’t happen overnight, but Broadmoor and in general the rest of Midcity not already flipped will continue to trend upward simply due to the expense of buying into old Goodwood, Tara, Capitol Heights...
Sherwood has seen its stock go up because of all the new renovations. Poor people aren’t buying $250,000+ homes broseph.

LOL! Right after they made Sherwood Forest area a "crime prevention district", the road pirates just started setting up frequent revenue extortion checkpoints on Sherwood Forest in the daytime. I never saw them actually patrolling the neighborhood. Then the Shenandoah HOA newsletter a few months later reported on the progress, bragging about the 500+ expired sticker citations the road pirates gave to the residents.

We’re not sure if Shenandoah is going to work. It’s only been around 29 years or so.

After yesterday’s topic I went back on the Googles to find this thread. I don’t see the “crime prevention district” doing anything in this neighborhood but writing carpool moms tickets for 27 in a 25....
