it was just his excuse to put his garbage meme in here. instead of making an actual thread about the guys music and how people still talk about him today because of the songs he put out, he made it a racial thing because hes a troll.

In general the entire genre is overrated. It takes about half the skill.
You seen Jay Z actually try to sing something?
But in a genre that's skill capped to begin with, yes his cpap needing arse was overrated.

Tupac, Smalls, and NWA predated his popularity. Not really in the same timeframe
Master P & No Limit took off right off after both after Tupac & Biggie's deaths. Matter of fact, P actually had a buzz in the Bay Area (Master P started No Limit Records in Richmond, California) while Tupac was still alive. So much so, that P was an opening act at several Tupac concerts.

you are not.
Biggie & Pac were and still are two of the best storytellers in hip hop.
I've got a story to tell
Warning
You're nobody until somebody kills you
Are just a few songs where Biggie's lyricism and storytelling abilities are exceptional.

I think if you grew up in BR when you were younger and Master P built his studio you would have a better feel for his stable of rappers that would come through. Half the names Indont remember but Silk is one I do.

Some believe it was done by the "Hip Hop Police" task force of the FBI.

That was a professional hit job. LAPD officers were working part time security detail for Death Row Records. They were there the night of the shooting. Rap was crazy back then.

Big L was the better dead NY rapper.

Orlando Anderson (Baby Lane). Keefe D (Orlando Anderson's uncle) is the last surviving Crip in the white Cadillac from that night in Las Vegas. He told police what happened to get off of some other charges.

Glasses Malone put out a song & video based off those statements that lays the foundation of the entire situation leading up to & eventual Tupac shooting.

Pimp C could play 6 instruments. His dad taught him how to play those instruments. His step dad taught him how to read & write music himself. His beats were well known because of his infatuation for live instruments. He could play instruments, his favorite was the organ, write, sing & produce.
He along with Bone Thugs, Z-Ro, Drake, Chamillionaire, Nate Dogg, Big K.R.I.T. laugh at such ridiculousness.
