The annual McRib awakening from its year long hibernation is one of the best things to anticipate during the year. The meat is delicious and paired with the perfect sauce. I will devour at least 50 before they can take them off the menu again.

The McRib coming back is a reminder you can buy a rack of ribs, pressure cook them if time is really an issue, and make a week’s worth of your own for way less
