What if their clientele didn't like black strippers?
This is one of the major problems of Equal Employment laws. The customer is ultimately my boss. I have to provide him what he wants.
What if I'm not racist, but perhaps my customers are? Do I put myself out of business by hiring a black salesperson, or do I hire a salesperson that I know my customer will like?

What if this was strippers with little titties being discriminated against? Customers at titty bars like what they like. Owner has to provide that.

Sadly I’ve been there. The strippers had C-sections scars and bandaids on their legs. it was unreal

That probably doesn’t cover the racial epithets or selective enforcement of rules. If you find yourself in that quandary, you should likely try to avoid making it easy to sue you

That might have been ok if that's all it was. But they also treated them differently in other ways, such as fining them and not the white ones.
