The problem is the US and Israel have different sets of goals and strategy .

Gaza Hospitals today announced they only have 48 hours of fuel to run critical power generators, which is the same announcement they have made for the last 16 days. Could this be a fish and loaves of bread situation, or have they solved the worlds non carbon fuel shortage?

A long tenured Head Coach acts as a CEO on organization of roughly 200 people between players and staff. Regular job functions include planning, implementing, and delegating. They're in charge of the safety, development, and holding people accountable. The Recruiting process involves them sitting in the homes of people from a wide range of backgrounds and listen to the concerns from family members.
There are several qualities that football coaches possess that can translate into what you would want from an ideological perspective from an elected representative.
Don't mistake this as me referring specifically to Tubbs. This is just answering the broad question that was proposed.

They most certainly killed infants, toddlers and children and also kidnapped some infants toddlers and children who are still missing.
They also beheaded at least one if not more.
