I personally don’t see a refugee crisis
If the Iranian regime is toppled, Pahlavi will come out of exile and lead Iran. I would assume he would either lead a temporary transition govt or announce elections after a certain time period

Its War. Both sides will have hits. Though I will say I am suprised by the Israeli Air Defense Underperforming. Iran just released a statement and sounds confident but I am sure Israel will hit back

The effectiveness of missile defense systems have been oversold going back to the Patriot systems in the Gulf War and Star Wars before that, at least in theory.
It's an extremely, extremely difficult if not impossible problem to solve completely or close to it.

Iranians are Persian Muslim Shia not Arab Muslims, huge difference. Not like it will matter much longer. They are the ghetto scum of the Middle East. (The New Orleans East people for example.)
I predict a huge thermonuclear explosion which will be said to be a result as Iranian frick up in development of nuke, or perhaps a huge earthquake that destroys the country. We will be behind it either way. I just don’t think my old friends have decided yet much scenario is less disruptive and more profitable for us and our allies.
It will be in less than a year probably in next 6 months. If you have any buddies there they need to get it asap
