I saw this in this morning's paper and had to just laugh at a woman that age all gaga over TS.
Talk about not wanting to grow up. That was about as sad as the post with the video of the so-called "guy" bawling at the concert like a little bitch.

She rented the rooms as packages.
It's the same as booking a package from somewhere like disney world and wanting to cancel your resort but keep the discounted tickets. People may be mad and disappointed but they tried booking a taylor swift package and experience from some random fan. If they're ,ad at anyone, they should be mad at themselves but emotion ruled the day.
I can't imagine booking something like a Masters package from huge golf fan who had a block of rooms in Augusta and expecting much.

She’s getting mauled on social media, Concert tickets weren’t part of the package. The package was for accommodations only and a “Taylor Swift experience”. The hotel rooms were sold at cost but participants were forced to buy her way overpriced side activities, which apparently turned out to be underwhelming and not worth the price charged,like a $130 basic Holiday Inn conference breakfast plate. She is being called a fraud and that it is Frye Festival 2.0. If someone wanted to cancel, the penalty she set was that they had to give her their concert ticket, which was entirely unrelated to the hotel package. She seems a bit off.

I just saw the one person who booked the package and wanted a refund for all the other crap she bought.
How people couldn't see this trainwreck coming is silly. From what I read, the rates on these rooms were well below rack rate so even if the guests overspend on crappy breakfast they still got a deal.

Tickets had nothing to do with the hotel room. There was no package with concert tickets and room.
