I don't even remember what all that entails. Paying someone to do that is the best money I ever spent.

I love them, but I missed out on this aspect of parenthood having all girls.

I’ve got a 3 year old girl. She will be mowing when she’s a teenager. She won’t be impressed by these dusty arse sons amateur blue collar skills either. Her mom can teach her to be a lady. I’m going to teach her how to work.

What respectable OTer mows his own grass???
One who knows they can do a better job and actually take care not to scalp parts of the yard or knockout chunks of fence.

To OP, you're correct it's great. And, it's one of the times when a beer like Coors Light is preferable. After two of those move on to better stuff.

Why not both? Drink one beer and bring the other in the bedroom with your wife.

Post-mow shower beer? Or jumping in the pool, then killing a beer post-mow.

Easy killer. All that at once leads to an early death. The heart can only handle so much. You got to spread that shite out.

Fishing offshore, cleaning the fish, cleaning the boat, take a shower, prep the fish to cook with a beer. That’s the best beer to me.

I cut grass over the Louisiana summers for extra money in high school. I gladly pay a small a company $55 every two weeks to mow, edge and blow. I haven’t had the itch to get out there and do it myself

There’s no way in hell I’d ever pay someone to mow my lawn. I’ll do it myself. It gives me a decent chunk of time when I don’t have my wife nagging me to do something dumb. So I drink while I mow my lawn. People ask how long it takes to mow my lawn and the answer is “6 to 7” beers depending on how warm it is.

The beer fridge in my garage is set up where I can just drive through with my lawn mower to grab a new beer and toss the empty in a barrel.

The only yard work beer that is better are snow blowing or snow shoveling beers. Those don’t get warm.

The post mow beer is the best beer on earth. I wait until literally everything is done, mowing, weedeating, etc. then pour it into a glass and down it ice cold in about 2 minutes. Then I grab #2 and leave it in the can/bottle and jump into the deep end of the pool with a noodle. Nothing better.

When I lived in La, a few cold Coors afterward made mowing an acre worth it.

Not sure if a mowing beer or a "post saturday softball tourney" beer were better.
