I knew a girl like this is in college. Said she went every year most times twice.

A family that lives around the corner goes at least 5 times a year. The boys are now like 9 and 10( no girls btw) so I'm assuming they outgrow that shite and start requesting other destinations soon. Who knows if Mom and Dad will listen though.

Like I said, if you can afford 5 Disney vacations a year, go once or twice a year, if that's your thing, and then take your boys to DC, NYC, a National Park, Europe, etc etc etc... There's so much more to see of the world.

Jeebus man. You miss the point. Disney brings the world to you. America, Mexico, Norway, Japan, Germany, Morocco, China, France, England, Canada.

In addition there’s great food and drink, stuff from good movies, science, curiosity, technology, history, wildlife, art, exercise and fun rides.

Every place worth going is there. Saves me a ton of money and time.

I am confused by the OP.

I can see being frustrated by protestors who stop traffic on your commute.
I can see being frustrated by slow people at fast food joints or ATM's who slow your return to work or home.
I can see being frustrated by old ladies writing checks in the grocery store.
I can see being frustrated by people scamming the government for handouts because you are paying for it.

But why does anyone care where someone else spends their own time and their own money? (out of your view)

My wife and I go every other year and we bring her family or my family. We are thin, financially secure and don't give a frick what anyone thinks about it. We enjoy it when we go. We also go other places.

Sure, the OT poster who generalizes everything and seemingly can't just let people enjoy what they enjoy.

I had a meeting yesterday with a client to figure out funding to their 50th disney trip. They are celebrating it like its an anniversary or something. They plan on taking the entire 19 member family. I just do not understand.

I mean...I always thought it was weird as hell. But after reading you melt about it, you seem weirder.

The only thing that I can see wrong with this behavior is that it clogs the parks full of adults, which takes away from the experience for children. My brother went last year with his family, and he came back angry at these types of adults.

Why is your brother letting his children drink around the world in the first place?

I love this thread and it's a shame I wasn't able to express my approval earlier.

Thank you for your service

His children are all adults, they all go to Disney together.

You protest against these Disney people often.

Me thinks you're jealous they won't let you in their mouse cult
