I’m invited to a Disney wedding this year. I bet I’m too busy.

Food & Wine festival in Epcot for a week.

I think this type of Disney vacation could change a lot of minds. If I didn't know much about Disney World and stood in standby lines in Fantasyland all day, I probably wouldn't want to go back either.

This is perfectly illustrates the sad state of our country. The fact that kids (and adults) have their "dreams come true" at a fake arse theme park is laughable.

My kid's "dream" this year was to go to NASA because she loves space. We're taking her there next month and it will make her day. I'm proud that she dreams of real things and not fake arse shite. My kid > your kid.

TBH I'm a little obsessed with Emily Blunt as the new Mary Poppins. What a saucy little minx.

You are talking about people that got duped into Disney time shares.

Blondie is knuckle deep in Disney cult

Would still go ludicrous speed knowing she'd probably drain my bank account and take a kidney as a parting gift.

Those same people probably look at you and say “is there anything worse than people that over obsess about sports that an 18 year old plays?”

There are certainly different levels of interest in all things. I love watching sports and I love taking my kids to Disney. Where do I fit in, Freak?

The OT is disproportionately filled with people who devote 60% of their families' yearly budgets to Disney trips,
Really? You might want to check your math.

My family’s last Disney trip cost about $10,000 including air fare, a three bedroom Disney on-site suite and meal plans for 5 people. I doubt the typical OT poster’s household only makes $16,667/year.

You just nailed the description of a former coworker. Both him and his wife were extremely overweight, had no kids but spent money they didn’t have for Disney trips. He ended up purposely taking a job in Orlando just to be closer to Disney. Blows my mind.

I don’t understand why adults without children would ever want to go to Disney.

The combination of an overly serious response and a laughable "subtle brag" is priceless here
