All Louisiana sheriff's. Name one that they, or their family is not vastly more wealthy after getting out of office than when they were first elected.

Also, you’re a fool if you don’t think someone on the outside doesn’t have a say in the outcome of games in professional sports.
I honestly do not think there is someone on the outside who has a say on the outcome of games.
If that were true you the sportsbooks wouldn't handicap pro sports. There is too much to risk for pro sports to control the outcome.
When officials make bad calls/no calls people think they do it on purpose.. And while it seems like it happens more now than ever.. The fact is in the NFL & CFB, referees are more accurate today than they were 10 years ago.
With social media and people complaining and making a big deal over every call.. It probably just seems like it happens more..
But convince me an outside entity controls the outcome of pro games.

Isn't there a state law mandating a minimum salary for sheriffs?

Those super high interest Pay Day loan places and Title pawn places.
I would have never had any idea about how fricked up they are but my dumbass sister in law got involved with some of them and really screwed herself financially for life.

Definitely. On that note, pawn shops. Maybe there are lots of honest ones, but I couldn't stomach knowingly taking advantage of people's misfortunes like that.
