You can set up automatic drafting from your “smart bill” but there’s no way to manage it at all once you set it up. If you need to change something you have to call them, cancel your autopay, wait for your next bill, and set it up again.

I had to remove myself from automatic billing because they kept fricking it up. My water was turned off several times and I had no heads up that money was even due

I pay directly from the PDF they email you. Never had any problems with it.
