Maybe. Their mission is to pander to their audience, not incite them. CNN is all about BLM and anti-Trump. Do you ever hear Don Lemon on Anderson Cooper discuss the crime rates in the cities in an outraged way? Never.
But, on the other hand, you won't see Tucker Carlson or Sean Hannity interview a black woman and her struggles to make a living.
The end result is that they are aggravating everyone to the point that no one will trust anyone AGAIN, which may lead to whatever you may call a "race war"

Fair point, I was just essentially saying that FoxNews will typically not share stories that make their audience look bad. A black woman's "struggles" can insinuate that it's someone else's fault.
