Guys, never buy a stucco house!!! They are always problems, water finds ways to get behind it and rot it. Even the concrete stucco has the same issues.

That’s ok if the list is small... that approach will not work if you are buying an old house. Go for the big items and don’t worry about the small as much.

Full kitchen renovation rec - northshore

I’m moving to northshore soon and I want to completely renovate the kitchen before moving in. Anybody have any good recs on an all in one contractor? I would need parts of walls taken out, fridge moved to opposite side, and all new kitchen cabinets/countertops/backsplash.
